Talk Constructions is a multi-faceted building company whom have experience in commercial and residential sectors. With experience in project management and on-site supervision for large scale tenancy fit outs and effective management of large-scale trade bases has provided numerous successful projects.
Both managing directors are very hands on operators and provide an ongoing professionalism that is enforced through trades and a reflection on the end outcome. Due to the experience and company values Talk Construction can take on a variety of projects in different sectors and provide excellent outcomes.

Talk Constructions is the amalgamation of two directors Andrew Moritz and Tim Malone that provide an experience base that compliments each other and provides the back bone of a strong construction company.
Both having experience working for multiple large brands across Australia has provided the team to take on a varied range of work and achieve ongoing success. Strong trade bases and relationships sit behind the directors due to their individual respect and knowledge in the industry
andrew moritz
Andrew has been in the building industry across Australia since being an apprentice carpenter. His experience base covers majority of sectors including working for large scale projects in senior roles for Ausco and K5B Developments.
Based on a decision to focus on his young family he relocated home to Adelaide and began Moritz Construction where he built a successful contracting and trade base that completed multiple dentistry, tenancy fit outs and commercial refurbishments for some of Adelaide’s leading brands including Kmart, Liquor Land, RM Williams, Freddy.
His passion for quality and professionalism on site have produced exceptional outcomes for the client base and his structured approach always delivers projects on time within budget.
tim malone
Tim started his apprenticeship in NSW for Samway Building construction specialising in Joinery, Shop Fit outs and Supervising all around Australia for Woolworths, Coles, Target, Office Works and Amart.
He then moved into undertaking and overseeing his own projects with successful outcomes for RM Williams, Susan, Levies, General Pants and Academy Brand in Victoria.
Based on his experience with high end cabinetry and an attitude of quality always has provided Tim with a strong eye for detail. He has good on going relationships with quality trade bases and suppliers always striving for the best outcome.
